General garden maintenance in tiny yard dig up a few plants. No mowing. Removal of product. - Due date: Flexible

Removing weeds from small section along side garden and spraying to prevent weeds from growing. Cut back creepers along side garden and tidy up. Spray weeds growing between pavers and general tidy. The area is fairly small.

Roof and gutter maintenance required in Castle Hill on a double story house. Work can be done at your availability. List of tasks below: 1. Replace 4x cracked roof tiles above the garage at the front left lower hand side of the roof space 2. Secure downpipe to wall and guttering correctly. Downpipe from the second storey guttering at the front left hand side of the property is not secured to the wall correctly and is sagging at the centre of the gutter. 3. Re-point and re-bed the ridge tiles where cracked and or missing 4. Install lead flashing to the termination point of the second storey downpipe and/or spreader to downpipe 5. Re-align slope of gutter running above the front of the house (above garage and 2nd story). This is running the wrong direction away from the downpipe. This is causing water to pool in the guttering (also check all gutters to see if slope is correct and fix) 6. Install new down pipe and spreader at front of house balcony (from 2nd story roof to ground floor roof) 7. Clean any dirt in the gutters (all levels)
