Trim weeds on pathways, in garden beds around the house. 90% areas can use line trimmer, some small corners might need hand pulling. Spray weed killer in one specific area 6mx0.5m area size (that area has rocks so can't use trimmer). Photos don't include everything but give good idea. Happy to discuss in person on the day so please give a ballpark estimate. Most likely it'll take around an hour or two. Needs to be done this Thu afternoon or Fri morning.

Require regular grass cutting in a small back yard. Grassed area approx 10m2 (7m x 1.5m) easy to do with a whipper snipper. It takes me about 5 min usually. Once done, I need a small amount of grass seeds (provided) to be spread on any bare patches, then watered in. Approx 5 minutes of work. Regular work required every 1-2 weeks, weather permitting. All care will be taken to remove any dog poo.
