Furniture restoration: I have two pieces of furniture that need some TLC. One is an Indonesian style teak daybed that's been out in the weather. It needs to be stripped and cleaned, it may require a little structural support, then it needs to be oiled and weatherproofed. I also have a very heavy, very old sideboard. It has multiple drawers and the bottoms have fallen out of some. New drawer bases will need to be cut to size and installed and the whole thing could do with being stripped and waxed and polished. This would suit someone with carpentry or cabinet-making skills looking for a bit of a project. The price I've listed is negotiable - you'd have to see the furniture first, discuss whether my suggestions are realistic for how to restore it and then we can settle on a price that'll reflect time and materials. - Due date: Flexible

We were hoping to have our dining table and chairs restored and reupholstered to freshen them up. See photos attached. There is one dining table and then 8 chairs (6 x one type and 2 x another type). I have an Amart Silverwood dressing table. This morning my daughter spilt nail polish on the wood, and it has eaten into the timber. I’ve tried getting it off but it’s taking a layer of wood off as I go. Can anyone repair, maybe sand it and reseal it? Just wanting done as soon as it’s possible..
