My elderly parents need a floor in one bedroom repaired as it’s sunk in a corner. The house is very old. They want a quick fix. They also want new hybrid vinyl flooring and there’s another bit that’s alittle loose in the hall way that will need a repair. They want it done as cheap as possible so not looking to pull all the wood floors out and replaced just afew repairs and new vinyl. We will supply the vinyl floor boards . I think they click in place . The lounge room is 4x4 , bedroom 3x3, hallway 11 meters long, kitchen 3x3ish. The kitchen is tiled so just lay floor straight over We will provide flooring as my dad wants to pick it

What I need from you: · Labour only – cut, glue, and lay planks neatly on treads and risers. · Install stair nosing properly on each step. · Bring your own cutting tools (knife, square, straight edge). Important (disability): I physically cannot carry the plank boxes up the stairs or assist with lifting. Please be capable of carrying approx 10 lightweight vinyl boxes up yourself.
