Rough Measurements : 4.75m Length, 4.25m Wide I live in this apartment and have gottena approval from the apartment owner. I need to also get my building managers approval before work commences. I've already removed around 50% of my rooms carpet and planning to remove the rest by myself, so was wondering if i could get a quote excluding / including carpet removal costs. And does the quote include acoustic underlay?( or material needed between the vinyl and cement flooring if its required).
