I need someone to supply and install vinyl flooring in a kitchen approximately 2.5x 3m. Can be done as a quick job with cheap materials.

Looking for this job to be completed around 17th of October or the week following this. Looking for an experienced flooring installer to remove existing tiled flooring and install new vinyl flooring at a property in Yamba. Approximate areas: Kitchen – 2.7m × 2.7m Dining room / foyer – 6.5m × 3.3m Approx. 29m² maximum total area. Existing tiles have been damaged/broken by a tenant and need to be completely removed. Scope of work: • Remove existing floor tiles • Remove/dispose of tile debris • Prepare subfloor ready for vinyl flooring • Minor levelling/patching where reasonably required • Install new vinyl flooring • Neatly finish around kitchen cabinetry, walls and doorways I will supply all vinyl flooring. Installer to supply tools/equipment and consumables required for removal and installation. Please advise in your offer if additional levelling compound, adhesive, trims etc. would be extra. Photos attached showing the kitchen/dining area. Property is in Yamba NSW. Please have previous flooring installation experience, ideal candidate has experience removing tiled floors.
