The current skirting has a couple of layers of chipped paint and gaps so I thought it would be better to just replace the skirting. I can remove the existing skirting if that would make it cheaper. The 3 bedroom dimensions are.. 2.8x2.1, 3.9x3.1, 4.1x4.7

Got some skirting boards that have been damaged from water sections of it need to be replaced and the ones that have minor damage can be patchrd, sanded and filled and painted. this task is to repair, replace l, paint and make good of damaged skirting boards as per the pictures

I have timber rot in the lower section of an external ground floor door frame (bottom of the jamb on one side). The timber is soft and needs to be properly cut out and repaired or replaced.
