Have had new flooring installed, need skirting boards to be replaced in apartment (lounge room, dining room, and hallway). Have the skirting boards that were removed, just need to be attached to wall with glue/nails. No cutting needed.

Downstairs there is some mild water damage so need to remove/replace skirting board OR just patch it up so you can't see and it will need to be painted want cheapest option refer to images

I have a water-damaged skirting board about 1 meter long that needs to be replaced and painted a matching white colour in a bathroom.

Previous owners replaced the kitchen tiles and not the skirting boards. 2-3 cm gap between the skirting boards and the kitchen tiles on about 3 meters of wall needs fixing before I get the room painted. Other walls are fine (as cupboards were fitted properly). Could either move the current board down, or replace. Unsure of best solution.

Need help patching missing skirting floors throughout the home. There are about 8 places needs patching, total distance is less than 5 meters, however there are many corners. Please note that there is a skirting board AND a trim, both needs to be patched together. Need someone that is good at attention to details. Photos as shows. We can help source the materials. I have purchased decorative moulding so be installed in the following rooms: - 2 x bedrooms - 1 x hallway - entryway - lounge room - small part of kitchen Second floor apartment. Walls are rendered brick. Old skirting has been removed. I have 24 lengths of 5.4m of skirting on-site in my garage. I have power available with a long extension lead for tools. I can help with some of the labour (such as taking cut pieces upstairs). Desperate for this to be done Friday as we are moving in Sunday and need time to paint it. The guy I had hired to do the job flaked on me :(
