The board itself is pretty good and doesn’t need replacing. It just needs to be re-fixed to the wall somehow please note there’s also a PowerPoint embedded within the board. Job ready to go. Skirting board white - about 6m L and 13cm H requires replacement + the small part against the mirror. Day & time if planned can be reasonably flexible.

Some water dropped from heating to sub floor, the subfloor has been treated, however, carpet has been pulled up and skirting board taken off due to some mould. Need carpet relaid (we have plenty spare) and skirting board replaced… likely a trip to Bunnings required. Not sure on costs, but will pay for any materials so assume budget range is for labour only. I have two bedrooms that I am getting floorboards put in. Have removed the existing skirting boards prior to the floor boards, Wanting someone to come in and install new skirting boards. My plan is to paint the boards after installation, so wanting a primed MDF It will be about 3 walls of each bedroom. Total linear metre about 20 metres. See plan I will pay for the skirting boards separately. Cost is for installation labour which includes the installation, filling in nail holes/mitre joint gaps etc, sand of filled areas. The wall is plasterboard i believe. The floor has been levelled so hoping the board will be flush to the floorboards, but if not will need to trim the bottom the board accordingly Hoping to have this done later in the week eg Wed/Thurs/Friday

Skirting board has some water damage to part. Rough estimate on length would be about 2 meters. Job requires replacement of skirting board to match current. I do occasionally work from home, typically on a Monday or Friday. Will try be flexible on date.

It looks like there might be some mold on the baseboard. I’m not sure whether it needs to be repaired or replaced. If we don’t fix it, what are the potential consequences?

Installing skirting boards in one room on engineered floor boards. all skirting boards on the premises, primed white. some areas on the floor need to be caulked and sealed. Job needs to be completed by friday this week. All installing equipment such as glue etc. is not inclusive (we only have the skirting boards) price may change

I have a few things that need to be done around our new place after just moving in and having new flooring installed. They include: - Installing about 20 lm of MDF skirting. I'll paint etc myself. There's a few corners (15-20) around the kitchen but they're all right angles. - Plane down three doors that are sticking. - Fixing some shelves to the wall.. They sit on a kicker so it's only to anchor them. - Cutting a few bits and pieces for me including a piece of ply to sit under my shelves, a few melamine shelves and some cork off cuts. Basically I have a few other projects to do once you leave but I don't have a saw! - Installing a piece of timber trim where our new flooring meets our door. I have all the materials.

Need to purchase and hang appropriate skirting board for a section of wall that was repaired. Approximately 2 - 3 meter (tiny job). Original skirting board is tile/concrete so just looking for a matched profile in timber. Ideally primed and painted to match/white. Wall is approximately 25mm of thick plaster on brick.

Just need the corridor flooring completed please: -Fix/tighten placement of the current floorboards in corridor (one board is broken and just needs replacing) -Remove the remaining old skirting inside the shoe cupboard, cut and lay out floorboards inside cupboard. -Place skirting boards throughout the corridor.
