Need to take and replace new skirting board

I'm looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to install new skirting boards in my beauty clinic in Williamstown. I will supply all materials (MDF skirting, adhesive, etc.). You will need to supply your own tools, including a drop saw/mitre saw, nail gun and standard carpentry tools.The job includes: Measure and cut 3 sections of 140mm primed MDF skirting board to fit. Install the skirting using adhesive and fixings. Ensure everything is level and neatly finished. Remove and dispose of any offcuts. I will complete the filling, caulking, sanding and painting myself, so I'm only looking for the skirting to be professionally installed. The room is empty and has easy access. Looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, as this is a high-end cosmetic clinic.

Need a quick skirting board repair in a bedroom. A 2-meter section of 67mm MDF skirting on a flat stretch of wall needs to be cut out and replaced due to historical moisture swelling. Carpet is down but does not need to be pulled up. I have the matching wall paint on site. I need an experienced handyman or carpenter to attach a skirting board (baseboard) to the wall. The main requirement is to ensure it sits flush against the wall, is straight, and securely fixed in place with a neat finish. Think a carpenter is needed. Damaged skirting boards, ive tried sanding them down and re painting them but think they'd be better off just being replaced. Not an entire room just small areas. I dont trust myself to remove them etc. Pics are taken after trying to sand them down and fresh paint (sorry photos arnt the best) Looking at booking for next weekend (13-14th) as I dont get paid until Wednesday

Description: Shower skirting (less than 2 meters) board is breaking apart due to water damage as it’s next to shower and apparently some sort of mould or grout on the shower tiles (as per photo 1 2 & 3). I am seeking for protectional person to complete below job, 1. Removal of damaged bathroom skirting then Supply and installation of new skirting 2. Mould treatment to affected areas and Preparation and application of sanitary-grade silicone (junctions and edges) 3. Replace 1 or 2 damage tiles - as per photo 4 ( round mark) 4. Removal and replacement of existing silicone to internal and external shower area

Shower leak ~ five years ago. Damage has not extended since, but there was water damage to skirting boards in corner of each adjoining bedroom. Approx 20cm each side needs to be removed and replaced. We have the matching paint at the property, would just need it to look smooth.

Fix lock , curtail rail and skirting board

We removed a small section of our plasterboard to identify the source of leak on the other side. The leak has been fixed, need someone to come and fix up the plasterboard - and attach a new skirting board once that’s done. It’s a pretty small area that’s been cut out as you can see in the photos
