Remove old carpet and install laminate flooring in a 4 X 4 metre bedroom. All flooring materials and accessories will be provided. You only bring your own tools and labour.

The previous installer didn't finish the job properly, so there's a bit of remediation involved as well as completing the install: Remove existing carpet from the room (straight forward, one room) Check the subfloor is level and flag/fix any high or low spots before laying — I'm not sure how level it currently is. - Complete the flooring in the areas left unfinished. - Fix the expansion gapping, which wasn't done correctly around the edges - Supply and install the trims/transitions (missing in some spots) and skirting to the room Boards and underlay are already on site and supplied. Trims, transitions and skirting are to be supplied by you as part of the quote. It's a small room so shouldn't be a big job for the right person, but I do want it done properly and finished to a good standard given the last effort fell short. Please quote for labour plus the trim and skirting materials, and let me know your availability and whether you're QBCC licensed.

HI there We have a 20 foot container that's been converted into a kitchen. The flooring has been significantly damaged by cutting implement and a steam mop which has lifted and buckled most planks, so it will need to be redone. We will have the new laminate planks and looking for someone who has laid flooring before with experience navigating around permanent fixtures, eg legs of sink cabinet .We can remove everything except black sink cabinet that contains sink. I don't know what this will cost so I'll just put $10 in the next prompt for 'estimated budget'. Looking for a quote please.
