I need approx. 10sqm of cheap floating floorboards replaced • Boards are from Bunnings (laminate/hybrid click-lock style) • Job involves removing the old boards and relaying new ones. • Subfloor is in good condition. • I can purchase the new boards from Bunnings, or happy for you to supply if easier. • Need clean removal, neat installation, and skirting/trim refitted if required.

Scope of Work: • Approx. 15 metres of skirting to be installed • Skirting will be pre-cut to fit each area, but may need to be trimmed slightly for a perfect fit • Current skirting is unpainted and unsealed, being replaced due to the profile • Must remove and dispose of existing skirting • Must be experienced with skirting installation and have your own tools
