We are getting our wood floors restored and will need new skirting boards installed in our three bedroom home. Looking for someone with experience.

Wanting to lay bought floorboards in small bedroom. Have started the project but currently we are time poor to complete it. Looking for a qualified handyman who can finish the job well.

I need 3 quotes. If you can't do the carpet please read the other two needed. 1. to replace 3 rooms with new carpet. 2. to replace 3 carpeted rooms with polished floor look alike (engineered) 3. to do the whole unit in engineered or something that looks like polished floors. 2 bdrm lowest, open plan, 1 x bathroom, 1 x WC, 1 x kitchen. Plus inside built ins. So 3 quotes, if you can only quote on the engineered timber floating floorboards that is fine. That is what I really want. I just cant afford polished floors. I like the spotted gum colour. Thankyou

Need 4x laminate floor boards which have become unstuck to be re-attached (glued) to the floor. Some sanding would be required to remove existing glue. Unable to replace with new boards as the product is no longer available. Dimensions of each board are 100mm x 1200mm.

We have bought an old Queenslander & when we ripped up the old carpet to sand and polish the timber floorboards we came across the surprise around the front door. There is 5sqm of chipboard which had been laid. (Maybe there was tiles laid here in the past) We're looking to replace the chipboard with timber floorboards to tie it in and look seamless. I have purchased the matching timber boards already. We had the rest of the floor sanded & polished and the floor guys will be able to come back out once repairs have been done and will be able to sand & polish the new areas if needed.

Source and install matching 85mm wide floorboards to an area of our upstairs living room which is currently MDF board. Area is approx 3m x 3m. The rest of the living room is floorboards. It’s currently covered in sisal. The goal is to have you replace the MDF with boards so our floor sander can do their job. No need to sand or finish the boards. Photos show finished bedroom floor for reference. Boards must be same colour tone and size as existing floor.
