I’m looking to sell my house and have some floating floorboards I need installed. It’s a tiny area. I will have the boards that were done in the rest of the house but they may need cutting to fit. Currently have Lino there but easy to pull up and there’s concrete underneath that was laid down about 4 years ago (not sure how even it is but it looks even).

I have laminate floor boards left over from a job and I have a bedroom which needs flooring at the moment. Bedroom Is roughly 2.5 x 2.5. Very small! The planks are easy to install, they just have to be cut to size. Floor boards and underlay are at the house ready to go! I don’t imagine it would Take more than 2 hours for someone who knows what they are doing.
