Professional Removable Vinyl Flooring Installer – Rental-Friendly I’m looking for an experienced vinyl flooring installer/designer to professionally measure, prepare and install vinyl flooring over my existing floor and my kitchen cabinets too. Requirements: * Loose-lay/removable installation suitable for a rental property. * No permanent glue, adhesive or fixings. * Existing flooring must remain completely undamaged and in its original condition. * Minimal joins and a clean, professional finish. * If tape or adhesive is required, it must be specifically designed for clean, residue-free removal. * Please advise on the safest installation method before starting. Please include: * Your experience with removable/loose-lay vinyl installations. * Recommended installation method and whether any adhesive/tape is required. * How the flooring can be safely removed at the end of the lease. * Labour cost and estimated installation time. * Whether you supply the vinyl or can install customer-supplied material. Please only apply if you are confident the installation can be professionally finished while keeping the original floor fully protected and the vinyl completely removable.

My bedroom existing hybrid laminate flooring has numerous damaged floor boards that need replacing. The skirting boards on three walls can be taken off the wall to allow access to the boards. I want to swap out the damaged boards with the new boards. Some of the new laminate boards will require cutting with circular saw to ensure straight edges and neat finish.
