Hi I have 4 rooms carpets need to be removed and put floorboards

We have 2 floor boards needing replacing due to a bed damaging one and a sparkler damaging another. We have the spare floor boards for it, may need just a cm or two cut of to fit exactly in. We just need someone professional that knows what they are doing with flooring and can put them in for us completing the job correctly. I have added an extra 2 photos showing the distance from the wall to the individual floor board needing replacing.

The floor has several dry bumps (no spongy or crunchy feel), with slight warping and gaps under the skirting, creating an uneven surface. I’d like a quote for low-cost repairs including re-nailing and clamping bowed boards, spot sanding and wood-filler for bumps and dips, shimming under problem boards, and replacing the worst 1–2 planks to achieve a level finish. Old house being renovated need floor boreds sanded and polished.just small living area and and 1 L shape hallway .

The cleaners we had hired had damaged the engineered floor board (see photos) due to the chemicals they had used to clean the kitchen counter tops and stove.
