I have floorboards removed from an old farm home that I would like run through a thicknesser to get them ready for repurposing.

Sanding and buffing engineered floorboards

Install kickboards to kitchen, about 4 meters, I have the boards already

4x floorboard removal and installation. Replace scratched floorboards (I’ve bought the replacement floorboards).

Remove carpets supply and install 70m2 7mm hybrid waterproof floorboards with underlay. Cannot afford more than $3500 completed with an invoice.

We have a mains pressure leak at the rear of the house under the floorboards. The house is weatherboard, approx 18" clearance under the house. Leak is 1 metre from the rear of the house

The actual floor of my powder room requires replacing due to leakage. I then require underlay (don’t have), new floorboards (I have) and skirts (I have) to be applied. The floor is 2m x 1.6m In addition there are 2-3 other skirts in the house that require replacement and I’d like two shelves added to the cloak room above the heater box.

A couple of pine weatherboards have come unstuck. They need to be refastened with deep screw

Remove and replace approximately 10 nailed in Merbau Decking boards . New ones to be installed with Decking screws . Will but the timber and screws. Labor only . Remove rubbish included . Can provide tip voucher .

I have some floorboards and areas of my home where the boards appear to be lifting. I need a flooring specialist or tradesman to offer an affordable solution to go around my small home and make sure the floorboards are - and stay - secure since they were (apparently) laid so recently before my purchase of the home. Note: I have only put $500 in the budget section while I am getting quotes and seeking advice on how to fix the issue. I have tried to put some photos of a problem spot as an example. But there are a few areas of the home that seem a little bit problematic.

Some floating floorboards are getting loose/coming up. I have purchased some more boards-you just need to glue down ( you to have glue). They are the plastic type from Bunnings.
