Installing of new floor boards, the space is approx 46 square meters. All on ground floor. I’ll remove current flooring so the job would simply be to install the new flooring. Would be happy to discuss via a call or you could come out and see before preparing quote! I have 2 bedrooms, both have grey carpet. I found floorboards underneath. Need someone to pull up up the carpet, sand the floorboards and apply varnish to them, to make them look nice. Also will pay extra if you can take the carpet with you to the tip. Thanks

We removed various floorings within the home to polish boards, which we are happy with. Within the study 2.2 x 3.8m tiles were removed and uncovered half a room of boards with some water damage and the other half is chipboard. The board section has since been polished to look more like image 3&4, with some water damage but no holes etc, it's a solid floor. I'm seeking to resolve this floor and let it blend in as much as possible to the rest of the flooring. i was thinking of some sort of overlay, previously in the kitchen they had installed click in floating laminate boards (poorly) which could be an option if it was the right color and installed correctly. I can provide more images but curious about cost and potential budget friendly options.

Spray house to get rid of termites or other methods that work. . I pulled up the carpet and saw termites eating the floor boards. It is in a number of spots around the 3 bedroom house. I’m flexible on the price.
