Looking for a professional to sand and polish approx. 35–40 sqm of timber floorboards. I'm after a natural look with a lighter, satin water-based finish (not oil-based). I need a small section of floor boards replaced, sand and stained to blend with original floorboards. Roughly 1m x 1m. Located under an island bench in the kitchen. Matched boards to be supplied by Airtasker as part of fee.

Seeking replacement of old timber weatherboards to James Hardie smooth boards

Supply & replacement of several damaged/rotted weatherboards. Also sanding back/patching of others.

We currently have carpets in 2 rooms. Need to remove the carpets (and dispose) and install the supplied (by us) laminate wooden floor boards. Underlay will also be supplied by us. I have purchased secondhand floorboards and would like them installed in my house. Circa 70 sqm of flooring. I am of the understanding this is a days work. There is flooring already on the floor (hybrid). I am not sure if you could lay the new boards on top of these or weather you would need to pull up?

I’m looking for an experienced flooring specialist or carpenter to repair a section of solid timber hardwood flooring in a walk-in robe. Two small walls have been recently removed, leaving gaps in the flooring. I’d like the smaller sections of timber flooring lifted and relaid so that the seams/join lines are repositioned to run along the back walls of the robe — these will be easily hidden behind new cabinetry going in soon. Job details: • Remove and lift small sections of existing timber flooring • Reposition and relay timber boards so seams are placed at the back of the robe • Ensure the repair is level and flush with existing flooring Please note that I do not have any replacement boards unfortunately, The holes are temporarily covered with mdf sections so there is not holes in the floor but these are not level and flimsy so need a proper solution to use for the repair. Need someone to replace carpet with floating floorboards in a 3.7M x 7.0M and a 1m x 1m bathroom entrance area (off to the left near kitchen in the picture attached)in a lifestyle community building in Bell Park Geelong. Must have experience at this. Needs to be done within the next three weeks latest. Difficult to estimate a price for it from my end and am on a limited budget.
