My elderly parents need a floor in one bedroom repaired as it’s sunk in a corner. The house is very old. They want a quick fix. They also want new hybrid vinyl flooring and there’s another bit that’s alittle loose in the hall way that will need a repair. They want it done as cheap as possible so not looking to pull all the wood floors out and replaced just afew repairs and new vinyl. We will supply the vinyl floor boards . I think they click in place . The lounge room is 4x4 , bedroom 3x3, hallway 11 meters long, kitchen 3x3ish. The kitchen is tiled so just lay floor straight over We will provide flooring as my dad wants to pick it

Remove floorboards, replace with tiles

I have some floor boards that previously became swollen during summer. Recently, one of the rows of floor boards popped out of the floor. They are now slightly too big to be put back into the floor and I think need to be cut down to size and then re-inserted. Would appreciate someone’s help with these.

Meet me at my place with a hand held sander and some wooden floor varnish, sand down 2x floodboards and coat with varnish.

I have 2 damaged floorboards I need replaced. I will supply the replacement boards. I can buy enough to go to the wall if needed. The existing boards have been sanded back a few mm which is what caused the splitting in the first place. Ideally you can shave back the replacement boards to be level.

The current boards were previously replaced using the wrong thickness (7.5mm instead of 6.5mm), resulting in a noticeable lip between boards. Scratch from baby gate on wooden floor board needs repairing

I would like the yellow tongue floorboards taken up and replaced around the edge of this floor and hallway/landing. Only the boards where you can see the water staining. It's in a smallish bedroom and a smaller area outside of this bedroom. I've posted photos of the two spaces and then a few closeups of the stained areas to be replaced.
