Hi, I need quotes to remove carpet and install hybrid floorboard at my property .

Based on the photos, the floorboards of two sections needs to be replaced. Floorboards are available .

Basically burnt floorboards with coal. Needing to either replace or restore them. Willing to negotiate price. Price is not set

Need a few burn marks fixed by French polisher. The burn marks are very small

We need to restore our hybrid floor board; there are few cracks on the floorboard especially entrance and kitchen area. There are gaps visible in a couple of areas as well; all needs fixing as we are putting the house on sale.

Looking to get hybrid floating flooring installed in my townhouse. Total area is roughly 60m²: • Downstairs living/dining • Upstairs landing • 15 stairs Most of it is carpet at the moment, sitting over timber floorboards. Carpet will need to be pulled up (please let me know if you can include that in your quote). I’ll be supplying the hybrid boards. Just after install only, including whatever finishing is needed around edges and proper stair nosing. Flexible on dates — just want a clean, modern finish with no visible gaps. A section of the flooring was water damaged and I'd like them replaced. New floorboards, underlay and scotia are supplied. The new floorboards are different in size. Area that needs work is under 2m2. The flooring shop suggested taking out existing floorboards in the wardrobe for the corridor & lay new floorboards in the wardrobe.
