I am needing some wood floorboards sanded and glossed for protection. I will need a quote before proceeding as this is for a client and they have a minimal budget.

3 bedroom house, with a leaving area the size of 2 bedroom roughly and a hallway around 20 meters between the living area and the bedrooms. The timber floor is covered by carpet atm and I’ll be removing the carpet myself prior the floor sanding.

I've hired a sander but it makes me nervous. I can work with you if you'd like, but need someone (with experience) to please help me sand and polish floorboards so I don't ruin them - must be done today!

Hi, we have a job to do some tidy up floor sanding and polishing. We have polished the floor before but have had a couple walls and old cupboards removed since creating patches which are in the photos. Hoping we can just get these areas tidied up and matched as opposed to redoing whole areas but appreciate we may have to. Job includes: 1. Remove and replace white filler from inbetween a floor board 2. Prep, sand and polish areas as per the photos provided to match the existing look Not sure on an estimate for this one, just seeking an honest appraisal which will result in a matched finish.
