Bought house 2 years ago, took out a cabinet that was fixed to the wall and floor underneath does not match rest of floor colour. Need fixed as best as possible

We need our timber deck sanded back for staining. Approx 32 sqm. It has stain on it currently and needs to be sanded off as changing the colour.

The deck is approximately 5m x 4m (20m²) and has become faded and weathered over time. I’m looking for someone who can restore it to a clean, well-presented condition and protect it from further weathering.
