Find a local floor sanding profesional in QLD

I’m looking for an experienced and reliable person to sand a wooden deck and apply stain.

Outdoor deck that needs to be sanded for stain. I have begun but just don’t have the time.

We need 80square meters of hard wood floor sanded, polished and all the works, must have experience. Must have all the equipment.

Approx 26,60sqm of decking needs to be sanded down and refinished at my place. Divided in 2 different areas (front and back balconies). Easy access, floor level, timber in fair condition, no damage. Need scratches from Dogs fixed when we are moving out. They had a field day when one of them was very young 😢 Pictures of the damage, floor plan to see the area of the floor boards in red and also the damaged are in dark red.

Sand and polish timber kitchen and laundry floorboards. The kitchen is 5.0m x 3.65m and the laundry is 3.5m x 1.75m. Both rooms are completely empty. The kitchen floorboards are wider hardwood and the laundry floorboards are narrower.

Carpet has been pulled up, staples removed and a few floor boards replaced. I now need the floor sanded and sealed for a 3x3 bedroom. After an experienced floor sander with high customer reviews. And I have done a lot of research prior to, so Im looking for realistic pricing please.
