Sanding and oiling of deck approx. 12 square meters

There are 2 rooms and a small connecting space that need a mild sand and recoat. The floors are in pretty good condition but had carpet over and have some dropped paint on them. There are also floor access point with some sealant around them that need cleaning up. The rooms are about 4x4m & 4x3m. Quotes from professional floor sanders only please.
