Sand small outdoor deck and restain

Old deck needs to be sanded back for resealing (do not need you to do the sealing). Deck is 35 square metres.

Need to sand back the deck 4m x9m and the handrails. You need to have the correct equipment to do the task. The brown horizontal handrails and the brown vertical rails need sanding to. Please look at the picture to get a better understanding of job.

We have a hardwood deck approx 40 sq m with 3 stairs built in. Need deck and stairs sanded and 3 coats of sikkens deck oil applied - Please do not respond if you plan on doing less than 3 coats, as we will review work between each coat. It is rectangular with walls/ glass fencing around so will need a detail sander as well as deck sander.

There are 2 rooms and a small connecting space that need a mild sand and recoat. The floors are in pretty good condition but had carpet over and have some dropped paint on them.
