I’ve got various areas of hardwood floors that are in good condition that need sanding and polishing. I’m after a square metre rate.

Looking for experience person to removed and dispose current carpet, sand and polish our hardwood floorboard house, the hard wood is in the good original condition and located in Boondall 4034, Attached Some photos for your reference, note kitchen, hallway, bathroom, toilet are excluded.
