We are looking for an experienced floor sanding professional to sand the existing timber warehouse floor back to raw/natural timber. Area: Approx. 375m² Floorboards have already been laid. Large, open warehouse area with easy access. No cutting-in, edging or detailed work required. Main requirement is to machine sand the entire floor back to raw timber, removing the existing surface, marks and coatings. please see Photos of Floor and Expected Result

Sand 32.4m' Outdoor Timber Deck - Machine Sanding I need an experienced person to machine sand an outdoor timber deck, approximately 13.5m x 2.4m (32.4m'). The decking boards run across the 2.4m width, and the deck is readily accessible. The area is clear and ready to work on and is covered. Job includes: • Sand the entire 32.4m' deck • Sand along the grain of the boards • Leave the deck with a consistent, smooth finish suitable for decking oil/stain • Clean up sanding dust and debris afterwards Important: I am looking for someone with the appropriate floor/deck sanding machine, ideally a Hiretech HTF or similar orbital/deck sander. Please don't quote if you intend to do the whole deck with a small hand-held orbital sander. I will supply: clear access to the deck and the area will be ready to start. You supply: sanding machine, sanding discs/paper and all other equipment required. The property is being prepared for sale, so l'm looking for a good, professional-looking result rather than simply a quick light sand. Budget: $450-$500, depending on experience and equipment.
