Prep: Scrape flaking paint and gouge out soft/ rotted wood. 2. Treat: Apply wood harder to stabilise soft areas (if any) 3. Fill: Fill cracks and sand smooth 4. Paint: Apply 2 coats of exterior paint on affected boards Please see the Building report to see the affected areas in details. I am not looking for weatherboard replacement, but a minimalist patch solution to prevent further damage. Happy to pay extra, if further costs are justified. All materials to be sourced by the tasker. Thank you.
