Re-fix lifted corner of low composite deck to concrete slab Ground-level composite deck (Ekodeck boards on an aluminium subframe). The subframe sits on adjustable plastic pedestals which are glued down to a concrete slab. In one corner the adhesive never took. That pedestal has released and the deck edge now sits proud of the slab and moves underfoot. Nothing structural has moved. The posts and the rest of the deck are solid. This is an adhesive bond failure in one spot. What I need done Support the corner, re-level it to match the rest of the deck (it sits level as is) Re-secure the affected pedestal(s) to the slab mechanically — masonry anchors or concrete screws through the pedestal base into the slab. Requirements Fixings must be stainless steel or hot-dip galvanised. Set the height first, then fix. These wedge pedestals adjust by sliding. The slab is a standard patio slab. Done means The deck edge is level with the rest of the deck, solid underfoot with no rocking I am selling this property and a registered building inspector will look at this deck. Rear yard, access through the side gate. I am on site.

We have three small areas of timber flooring that have been damaged over time, mainly from dog scratches and general wear and tear. I’ve attempted to sand back and restain the affected areas myself, but I’m not happy with the finish and would really like to have them repaired professionally and blended back into the existing floor as well as possible. I’m not looking to have the entire floor sanded or refinished, just these three localised areas. Wooden plank getting loose and falling off from patio. And tighten other planks.

I have hybrid flooring in house with plywood subfloor is part where it was carpet before. Hybrid flooring on tile is fine , but hybrid floor is bumping out in some places. Please attached pics. Looks like hybrid flooring need to be removed and new plywood need to be fixed and same old hybrid planks to laid back . Area is around 5mx 3m.

I have a section of decking which is outside and exposed to rain / sun and has some damage over time and few of them needs replacing and some are bent ( guess the stump underneath is gone / needs replacement) .
