Just needing someone to lay approx 25m2 of floating hybrid floorboards on a concrete floor. I have the underlay and boards ready to go.

I need to have an area of my polished concrete floor cleaned. There is a residue left behind from a non-slip mat and I need somebody who can remove this without damaging the polished finish underneath. The stain has not penetrated through and can be scraped away. See images. Area is approx 1.4m x .9m

Kitchen floor magnesite has been removed but it is next to living area. Living area magnesite remains. Need someone has experience,license and insurance to submit quote to strata to grind the remaining magnesite in kitchen floor and raise the height around 15mm to be the same level with living area magnesite floor. The kitchen area size is 295cm * 154cm, less than 5 square meters. Thank you

Need advice on concrete floor preparation.

i want concrete flooring in my back yard under pergoal. Size is around 23 Sq Meter.

Installation of hardwood flooring and polishing of hardwood floor once installed on concrete floor. Approximate area is 125 square metres.

About 120 Sqm of concrete slab , old tiles will be removed, need to grind and polish, good quality tradesmen required

Looking for someone to put in self levelling concrete in a 1 bedroom apartment including kitchen, living and bedroom but not bathroom. Floating floors will then go over the top. Carpet has been removed and most of the holes have been filled in. There is a small amount of glue remaining on the concrete that may need to be removed first. Depending on what you charge for the following we would also potentially be interested in: 1. Moving the furniture (it can all fit on the balcony or in the bathroom) 2. Removing the wood that attached the previous carpet. The floors are reasonable - there are some small holes - but we want them to be more level before the floors go in. It should take less than a day. Car parking available but car needs to be shorter than 1.95m so a van won’t fit. We are happy to provide the concrete if you tell us what you would like us to buy. I need a concrete floor ground down. You will have your own grinding gear, and hopefully do this sort of work regularly. Just looking for a rough/medium grind, minimum exposure of aggregate, floor is currently level except for one corner where it is 10mm out of level. Area is 7m x 3m, is currently cleared, access is good (ground floor, 7m walk from street, good parking) Price is a guide only, im not sure how much this should cost, please ask any questions and leave an offer.

Re-do behind bar flooring. Not looking for a perfect job, just want it ripped up re-levelled and vinyl flooring laid and stuck down in a large rectangle piece. Job can only be done on Mondays.

My polished concrete floor has a few narrow cracks. All up probably around 10-12 metres. Floor is Matt with a self penetrating sealer used to finish.

Recently moved into a property with my wife and we were told to use self leveller concrete on the floors so we could install floorboards but it has been a disaster and now we just want it all ripped up for a reasonable price . Thanks!
