Need old carpet removed in living room and bedroom. This is a one bedroom unit so not a massive area. Some sort of hard flooring to be installed, looking for the cheapest option with the best look. FYI, the property is vacant so I’m not always there. Looking at cleaning up the place with the intent to lease, but eventually will sell in 12-24 months. Thanks

There was a heater on the carpet and it melted a patch out. I'm after someone that could get a similar basic colour and do a patch repair. The repair is about 60cm in length I'll attach photos. There are also a few spots on the wall that the paint has peeled off because of hooks. If you could fill 2-3 with some paint that would be great, it already is a cheap paint job so nothing major would be needed.
