I have a small stain on my carpet and need help removing it.

Looking for a professional carpet cleaner who can clean a 2 bedroom villa on the ground floor. All carpet except kitchen and bathroom. Carpet is very old and low pile, with some stains as well. Photos attached - they are tough to get out as I’ve tried. We are moving out on March 26th and need someone who is available around 12pm (please also advise how long it will take please - thanks!!) The place will be empty when you clean as we’ll have moved all our stuff out. We rented with dogs so flea fumigation is also part of our “end of lease” responsibilities so if you provide that too, please let me know. I haven’t put a real budget in because I’m not sure what each or both services cost.

There is a stain on my wool carpet (a few days old). This is a fairly new carpet. I tried cleaning with dishwashing liquid, baking soda and shaving cream ( all done separately), but it doesent seem to work. For some reason the stain looks worse now. On a small area only.
