I've moved out of a fully furnished studio apartment. As I have a pet cat, the carpet needs to be fumigated and deodorised. I need to get the place cleaned and the carpet steam cleaned as well, but I would like to get the fumigation out of the way first. Will be happy to pay if you can do the cleaning as well. Will need help moving x2 chest of drawers in/out of room. Ground floor apartment with easy street access. Flooring and underlay will be provided. May also want same flooring in hallway re-laid as very creaky, depending on cost/if possible. I have a feeling more underlay is needed. DIY reno by previous owners. We have just renovated a bathroom and had to lift carpet to repair a wall. Carpet is only one year old. Just needs to be trimmed and put back down along one 3metre wall.. Quick job for a carpet layer with the right equipment.

I had water damage to a part of a room. Pulled up carpet at the edges to dry. Needs to be stretched back into position and replace a band of high quality underlay (Superior Reed black) The perimeter of area needs to be re-done is approx 12 metres. Area of underlay required is approximately 2 square metres

Lounge room carpet has a "bubble" along the skirting and into a cupboard that needs to be re-cut and fitted properly. The cupboard door rubs on the raised portion as you open or close it. It's probably about a 2 metre run of carpet. The carpet is new and in a very low traffic part of the house.
