Burnt a piece of carpet with a hair iron and need it replaced urgently. Unfortunately don't have a spare piece of carpet as it's a rental, so will need you to provide carpet (happy for you to take a piece and patch test it at a carpet supplier if needed). Need a bedroom carpet fitted 140cm x 140cm

While painting my loungeroom a tin of paint was spilled. White paint. On dark grey/blue carpet. So there is a large paint splotch, and several droplets scattered around from running the tin into the bathroom. Very noticeable! I was just going to buy a rug, but I’m thinking surely I can just buy a piece of carpet and lay it down so that it looks nice. It doesn’t have to be perfect. I don’t care about comfort or quality, I’m moving out in a few months and these huge stains are an eyesore. I’m a 20 years old and I don’t own the place but I obviously feel responsible for leaving it looking nice. When I first moved in it (4 years ago) it was very run down and I have fixed it, with permission, so now it’s looking great - and then the carpet happened!! And my journey looking for cheap rugs wasn’t as easy as I thought. If I can spend that amount of money doing a ‘quick fix’ I thought I should try and look! So anyone who is bored and is into an amateur carpeting, send in an offer! It’s quite a small loungeroom, in a one bedroom flat. I’m happy to help with anything!
