Hi, I’m currently looking for a personal trainer. I’ve recently moved out to Schofields and looking for someone to train me around the area. I was seeing a PT previously before I moved out here so I’m really hoping to find someone who can help me to continue to achieve my fitness goals. My goal is to focus on losing fat while maintaining/gaining muscle in certain areas and to just be healthy and fit again. I don’t mind travelling 15-20 minutes for someone if I need to.
