I need a personal trainer. I’m 40 in a month and in revolting shape. Think of the least fit person you know… and multiply it by 5. I lead an extremely sedentary and unhealthy lifestyle (long work hours / demanding job, plus sheer laziness) and I eat poorly. I need and want to get fit and lose a tonne of weight. I’ve also been asked to be a bridesmaid in September, which is the catalyst for this request. I’m looking for a personal trainer to come to my Pyrmont residence once a fortnight. We have a communal gym in our building which I have absolutely no idea how to use. In these sessions I’d like to spend 45 minutes learning how to use the machines and working out a fortnightly routine for me to follow between sessions. These sessions can be scheduled throughout the day if necessary as I work from home. Please let me know if you’re available and interested. The reason I have specified a May start date is because I’m going on holidays shortly and won’t return until late April.

I need a few personal training sessions to help me exercise with the right form so I don't hurt myself, using only resistance bands and body weight, because I foresee a good deal of travelling, and I don't want to stop my routine because of it. 3 sessions of 30 min to start (once a week), and then we see how it goes from there About me: I am 38, have done PT sessions before at a gym, but lost momentum after trips / sickness, so trying to make sure it doesn't happen again. I've exercised with resistance bands by myself for periods, but found myself getting hurt, so want to fix my form. I don't need any help with cardio or diet, as I have my own cardio routine that works well for me, and I engaged a specialized plant based nutritionist; I just need help with using body weight exercises / resistance bands to safely exercise.
