Hey... Needing a PT for 10 sessions. You will be required to drive to my Southbank apartment Gym. My current trainer is on holiday so needing a replacement to keep me in line whilst she is away. Already have the foundations of my workouts in place so you really are only required to ensure I rock up and exercise! Being self employed my hours are flexible but I generally like to work out between 9 and 11am. Half an hour sessions would be fine.
