My dogs have knocked a panel out of the fence . It needs to be repaired or replaced - Due date: Flexible

I need to reinstall 12 colorbond fence posts and the panels in between which were taken down in order to build a retaining wall. I have put some holes in behind the retaining wall for the posts so there shouldn't be too much digging unless we need additional room (being careful to not crack the agi pipe against the retaining wall) The posts also still have the previous concrete footing attached so they will need to be jack hammered off, or I may just get them completely replaced. Would I be able to get a quote for both please? The job is mostly simple although there are a few sections where the space is minimal (due to the agi pipe) so it may be a little tricky. I already have the concrete and the screws required and can also get a hold of a jack hammer as well, just require the labor.

Just putting this out there to see if anyone has the right kind of experience to deal with this matter. We received a pool non-compliance certificate, with some changes that need to be made. The original certifier was of the opinion that the changes are not great and will cost $4-$500 (his words) and provided a report on the changes that need to be made (attached). However he said he cannot do the alterations himself (due to legalities he said). So basically I need someone to do the work as he specified, somebody familiar with pool fence regulations. I'd be happy to pay additional for the compliance certificate if you (or someone you know) can also provide it, or else I can go back to him for the cert but I'd need some kind of guarantee (or willingness to come back and rectify if it's still not up to standard.
