Source a colourbond fence (estimated 45.6 metres) in Wellington point and put up. Required ASAP. 46 station street boundary fence it will be. Old fence will be cleared by us. - Due date: Flexible

L shaped stratco type fence on two side of pool area. Would be on the pool travitine tiles as is the glass fence on the other two sides.

Install a 1.8m high Stratco wavelok good neighbour fence. 17m of fence, 7 panels. All fencing will be on site, I have also got cement and concrete blend on site. You only need to allow labour and bring your own tools Ground in level. Posts to be just set close to the existing retaining wall. No work to the retaining wall required. You will also need to remove the exiting timber fence at the same time. The existing fence just needs to be left in the front yard. There’s is 35m of existing fence to be removed. Disposal is by me.

Centre post is really loose and needs digging around and new rapid set concrete applying and also needs screwing back to the partition fence as batten has become dislodged and maybe some Pailing renailed - Due date: Flexible

Pool gate right hand support needs repair where rusted at ground level. Also gate may need replacing, if not fixable.

I have 4 steel posts(50x50RHS) with concrete footings attached. One only is pretty heavy(maybe 40 to 50kg). I tried breaking the concrete with a sledge hammer but it is not breaking. A small kanga would break it or a strong guy could just pick it up. Also a couple small piece of pool glass fencing. Can park about 15 meters away.

I already have the glass panels installed in the deck and have the black pool fencing for the remainder parts but need help finishing the job.

Remove and Replace 1 x Rotten fence post including digging out old concrete. Post and new concrete supplied.
