Re - hang pool fence to be compliant with pool regulations. Fence attached to powder coated posts and fill in drill holes

Looking for metal balustrades and handrails as shown in the attached picture. I’m after the basic version to comply with the building regulations. If you are a carpenter, I’m open to “post and wire” balustrades. In that case, please quote for labour only; I’ll supply the materials.

Looking for quotes for supply and installing a 12 m to 15 m glass pool fence that is complaint, around our spa. See picture. Need it built asap. Flexible with weekday availability. Based in Point Cook. Looking for competitive quotes.

My pool gate door doesn’t close anymore. Could be the hinges. Was working fine a couple months ago. Need repaired

I need a glass pool fence installed around a 2.3sq SPA. The install will need to include the supply of all materials (glass panels with glass gate and spigots, panel clamps for support). I want someone who specialises in glass pool fences. Roughly 13 linear meters of glass, including a gate. The fence will be fixed onto decking that is onto of a concrete slab. The glass is to go around the pergola pillars. The decking will be done by a landscaper once the spa is delivered (End September to early October). The permit has been applied for and is being organised by the spa company.

We need a metal fence and gate at the end of deck area in the picture to seperate that area. The length is 3m

Rehang and align frameless glass gate as required. Adjust closing and latching speeds. Ensure the gate self-closes and self-latches correctly for pool fence compliance. Requirements: Experience working with frameless glass pool fencing and floor springs/door closers. Suitable tools and knowledge to safely remove and reinstall the glass gate. Pool Fence Installation – Labour Only – Edithvale Looking for an experienced fencer, carpenter or skilled handyman to install our new timber pool fence in Edithvale. We supply all fencing materials. We are seeking a fixed quote for the complete installation/labour, not an hourly rate. Fence details: * Approx. 27.8m total pool fencing * 13 × 2000mm W × 1200mm H panels * Panels: 40 × 30mm Spotted Gum vertical battens, approx. 77mm spacing, with tubing through battens for rigidity * 2 × 918mm W × 1200mm H gates * 2 × pool gate lock/latch kits * Approx. 18 × Cypress posts – 90 × 90 × 1800mm Scope: Set out fence according to supplied plans, dig post holes, install/level and concrete Cypress posts, fix all panels to posts, install both gates and latch hardware, and ensure everything is straight, secure and operating correctly. The fence is going into garden beds/ground, not an existing concrete slab. Landscaping has not yet been completed, so access is easy, with predominantly sandy soil, making post-hole digging relatively straightforward. We already have the fencing and posts. Once we meet and confirm the amount required, we are happy to purchase and have the concrete/post mix on site. Please see attached images showing the panel design and the recommended method for fixing the panels to the Cypress posts. As this is a pool safety barrier, installation must meet the manufacturer’s requirements and applicable Victorian pool-fencing requirements. Trades must have current public liability insurance, relevant fencing experience and their own tools/equipment. Please quote for the FULL scope of works, including installation of all posts, panels, gates and hardware. Please also include examples/photos of similar work if available.

Looking for an experienced glass pool/spa fence installer to realign our existing glass fence and gate. Some decking had to be removed/reinstalled for a required subframe inspection, which has caused several glass panels and the gate to move out of alignment. Looking to have the panels straightened and gaps evened up, spigots adjusted/repacked as required, and the gate realigned so it self-closes and self-latches correctly. Glass, gate and hardware are all already installed. No new glass required. Please only offer if you have experience adjusting/installing glass pool fencing. Thanks

The base is a concrete slab. Easy access to the installation site.
