Need the current side gates replaced with easy to access gates with key locks at an easy height. One gate is 2700 wide x 1900 high, but would like to replaced with 2700 x 2100 high. The other gate is 1200 wide x 1900 high, but would like to replace with 1200 wide by 2100 high. Looking for metal solutions that do not need much maintenance and will not rust. Also want the gates to block wind (especially the larger gate), so must not be able to see through.

I was hoping someone can build two lattice timber frames and then install it to my fence. The frame is approx. 2.05m h x 1.42m w for each frame. I have a similar set up in my backyard which is much taller and the frame is in two bits but this one can be done in one. (Provided photos of back fence) I’ll pay for lattice and timber as the fee advertised is for labour, measuring and picking up lattice and timber. Bunnings in 1.3km away. If you tell me what you need I’ll go down and pay. I just can’t fit in my car.

Replace old fences and install new paling fences. The new fence will be divided in 3 sections and it will need to be approximately: Section 1: 1.9m (H) x 4m L (Back of the property) Section 2: 1.9m (H) x 16.5m L (Middle of the property) Section 3: 1.9m (H) x 17.5m L (Front of the property, currently there's no fence there) There’s no fence at the front of the property and that would be an extra 17.5m (Section 3) in length. Considering with my neighbour if we do this bit or not (see photos). There are a few trees and shrubs in Section 2 and Section 3, middle and front of the property but nothing major. It seems that the old fence doesn’t have concrete footings. However, the new fence should have concrete footings so the fence doesn’t fall apart like the old one.

There is a small side fence that must have blown over in a storm. It is half wood and half corrugated perspex. Need to reinstate it to get my bond back.
