I’m wanting an existing timber fence repaired. The fence was built last year, but very poorly done. Not straight, not level, wrong fixings ect. I’ve had three posts repositioned and the fence is now straight. The issue that remains is the top capping is not level, due to the top rail being so out of level. My only thoughts on fixing this would be to cut down the fence below the top rail and put in a new rail that’s plumb. Fix all the palings back on the new top rail and install new capping. The fence is 10m x 1.3m high. Put in your quote price, not $5. Also mention what your offer includes.
