Require an existing wooden adjoining fence replaced. The neighbor's house is on the boundary line so the fence required approx. 8 m both back and front. Plus an access gate, approx. 2.2 m. on our property (our cost). Due to the slight fall in the land a single concrete sleeper will be required. The fence considered is a colorbond on top of the sleeper. We envisage 1.5 m color bond at the rear and 1.2 m in front. Open to suggestions as to whether we should start at 1.5 m in the front and taper down to .9 m. The fence is reasonably accessible with a slight slope for the first 3 m in the rear and a slight slope for approx. 5 m in the front. Price for the job $2,500 to $3,000.

Need to build a adjoining fence approx. 16 m total length. Neighbors house in on the boundary line so there is is approx. 8 m at the rear and the front. The land has a slight slope both from back to front and sideways. I envisage a single concrete sleeper being required for the length of the fence then 1.5 m colorbond on top at the rear and 1.2 m in the front. Hey! Chasing someone to install 2x aluminium fence panels and a gate in a rental property of mine. The panels, gate, 2x posts and latch/hinges are on site ready - will just need some decent masonry anchors to fix to concrete. There's a rickety wooden retainer there too if you wanna fix it securely to that instead - I'm easy! I would have finished install myself, but live up the Sunshine Coast, and job is in Forest Lake for its a 2hr drive each way. Ideally it would be done in the next couple days, as pool is unsafe at the moment! Thanks in advance!! Declan

Need a gate built. 1800hx880w and a panel fence 780w and 1800h Existing gate to b removed and replaced with one with slats with minimal see through or a colourbond without. Both with latches to open from both sides. The side panel note that there is a one step high retaining wall. I’ll remove the rubbish.

Collect all materials (sand/cement) for job (fence will be delivered.) Remove existing wooden fence and dispose, install 18metres of colour bond fencing with concrete base along the bottom of the fence line.
