Tree removal and fence panel replacement

We have 21 metres of timber fencing that needs to be replaced. The preference is to replace with a timber fence but if a steel fence works out more cost effective than I am open to that. Location is Carindale. The block is flat and we have side access.

Remove and dispose of old 180x75cm timber gate. Supply, deliver and fit new steel gate frame including hinges and fix to boundary fence side Supply and fit new treated pine palings Fit existing latch to gate.

Two posts on my color bond fence have corroded and so need replacing. The fence is good just the posts need renewing and concreting into the ground.

Enclose a small deck on a townhouse with pool-type fencing and a gate. The attached photos: the last two show the neighbour’s fence. It is 1.2 m slat finn fence (pool) and same as gate. Must be the same fencing as neighbour due to Body Corporate rules. Will need to discuss details and get a realistic quote before assigning task. Side yard gate was removed as part of fencing work. Need that gate to be re-installed. Require a post to be installed, gate to be attached to the new post and a lock to be installed. I will pay material cost separately. Need a quote for 1. telling me what materials are needed (ie, new post, cement, paint, lock and what else?) , 2. Install gate. We are looking for a quote on a wooden picket fence out the front of our house in Carina Heights. The front is 16m and we have 8m on the left and 9.5m on the right and the neighbours on that side want colourbond instead. We will need a 2m manual sliding gate for the driveway and a small access gate as well. We just want a regular no-frills picket fence, only 1.2 high. The latch on two of our gates are broken and need replaced. Photo attached. The gates are about 5 months old but have shrunk in heat and now the latches are to short to lock and keep gates closed. We need someone to look at the gates and assess what lock/latch is best and then install latch.
