I have a R50v with sigma 18-50mm lens with 55mm True Color Variable Fader ND2-32 ND Filter and I want my shot to look like the diary of a CEO. I am not skilled at ISO, Exposure, lighting. Not sure what I'm getting wrong.

Need help setting up decorations and sound equipment for a wedding reception

I work for an events company that requires anywhere from 500 to 1000 wine glasses and beer tumblers cleaned after our events. We have 4 main events throughout the year that we would require this service with a 2 week turn around to collect, clean and return all glasses. Previously have paid $0.50 per glass.
