Hi! I’m looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced party helper for my son’s third birthday at our home. We’re expecting 25–30 adults and 10 young children. Date: Saturday, 19 December 2026 Time: 9:30 am–1:30 pm (party starts at 10 am) Location: Parkville, VIC Tasks • Arrive at 9:30 am for a briefing and help with final setup. • Cook supplied frozen party food in the oven, following packet instructions and timing batches. • Arrange serving platters, serve food and replenish as needed. • Offer guests drinks and keep the drinks station stocked. • Set up the dessert table around 11 am, including desserts, cake, plates and napkins. • Help cut and serve the cake. • Clean throughout: collect plates and cups, wipe surfaces, wash dishes/load the dishwasher and manage rubbish. • Pack away leftovers and leave the kitchen and serving areas tidy. All food, drinks, serving supplies and cleaning products are provided. No cooking from scratch or childcare required. Requirements Private party, catering or hospitality experience preferred. You must be confident using an oven, understand safe food handling and dietary requirements, and be organised, proactive and comfortable working independently around families and young children. Please include your relevant experience, any food-handling training, confirmation you’ll attend personally, and your total price for four hours. Also include your hourly rate for any agreed additional time.

Flemington Nursery Carpark – Stakes Day Setup & Pack-Down Looking for someone experienced with setting up sites in the Flemington Nursery Carpark for Stakes Day on Saturday 7 November 2026. We have two adjoining sites for approximately 40 people and need someone to handle the setup and pack-down. Saturday – Setup (approx. 1–2 hours): • Must have a van or suitable vehicle to transport everything. • Collect marquees, approximately 20 chairs, tables, eskies, drinks and food from our house. • Pick up ice on the way. • Drive into the Nursery Carpark (you will most likely need to use my VRC membership pass for entry, subject to VRC access requirements). • Set up marquees, tables, chairs and eskies. • Stock eskies with ice and drinks and arrange the food. • Have everything ready by 11 am. Sunday – Pack-down (approx. 1–2 hours): • Return to the Nursery Carpark. • Dismantle marquees and pack up all equipment. • Clean up both sites. • Transport everything back and drop it off at our house. We will supply all equipment, food and drinks. This is purely a transport, setup and pack-down job. Ideally looking for someone familiar with the Nursery Carpark who has done this before.
