Looking for someone reliable and organised to help with some light setup for our wedding at Aunty Kim’s in Collingwood. Approx. 50 guests. Start time 3:30pm and approximately 1–2 hours of help required. We’ll have most things organised and ready to go — we’re mainly looking for an extra pair of hands on the day so our family and wedding party don’t need to worry about setup. Help may include setting out small décor and signage, placing table items/decorations, helping arrange ceremony/reception items, making sure everything is set up as instructed, and small last-minute setup tasks as needed. Everything will be provided and we’ll give clear instructions on what needs to go where. Ideally looking for someone who is punctual, careful and comfortable working independently. Previous wedding/event setup experience would be a bonus but isn’t essential.
