I’m looking for an experienced event stylist, retail visual merchandiser or event planner to organise and fully set up a pop-up shop for my modest fashion brand, ABBAAYA, at Madison & Main. I need someone who can take full responsibility for transforming the space into a beautiful, premium boutique-style retail environment. I currently have my clothing and a desk, but I do not have any other furniture, fixtures or decor. I need you to handle EVERYTHING, including: * Planning the overall layout and design of the space. * Sourcing and arranging hire or purchase of clothing racks, hangers, full-length mirrors, tables and any other necessary fixtures. * Organising transport and delivery of all items to the venue. * Setting up and styling the entire space. * Creating a dedicated checkout and packing station using my existing desk. * Styling the clothing display areas and customer shopping space. * Adding finishing touches to create a polished, high-end boutique experience. * Ensuring the entire space is ready for me to arrive and merchandise my clothing. I want a minimal, elegant and luxurious boutique look, with neutral colours, beautiful displays and a clean, premium finish. The setup should reflect the ABBAAYA brand and feel like a proper fashion boutique rather than a market stall. What I’m looking for: Someone who can manage the project independently, use their creativity and take care of the logistics from start to finish. I want one person to coordinate the entire setup rather than having to organise multiple suppliers myself. I’m looking for an experienced event planner/coordinator to help organise two Diwali celebrations at my apartment in Wentworth Point on 14 and 21 November 2026. Scope of work: * Visit the apartment to assess the space and recommend a suitable party layout. * Plan elegant, classy Diwali decorations, including the living room, balcony, entrance and dining area. * Source and coordinate decorators, equipment hire and other suppliers. * Design a setup that can remain in place for both celebrations, with minimal changes between events. * Recommend practical, temporary noise-reduction solutions to minimise disturbance to neighbours, including coordinating with acoustic specialists if required. * Assist with furniture arrangements, lighting and overall party ambience. * Coordinate installation, setup and removal. Looking for someone to help prepare a property for a photoshoot. This is a simple 3-hour task from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. * Make beds and arrange bedding. * Place decorative items as instructed for each room. * Dust surfaces to remove any dust * Do a final check to ensure the property and floors and surfaces are tidy and ready for the photoshoot.

We are looking for a reliable and physically fit casual labourer to assist with event deliveries, marquee installation, and event setup/pack-down. Duties include loading and unloading equipment, assembling marquees and event furniture, maintaining a clean work area, and working as part of a team. This is full time work for the right person. A driver’s licence is an advantage but not essential. Steel-capped boots and appropriate workwear are required.

I’m doing a 2nd birthday for my son at parramatta park. I’m needing someone to please assist me with putting up bunches of balloons around the shelter posts.
