Find a local events coordinator in WA

Looking for preferably two cleaners ( 1 person should be enough from 9 to 11, but it's easier for two person after 11 as we need to exit by midnight) for an event on 13th September from 9 PM to 12 PM. From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM, the event still goes on. You can clean as you go as it will be easier for you when we finish. Sweep and mope the hall, Clean Toilets, Kitchen ( we use it as a Bar) Dressing room, wipe bench tops etc. You may also need to help wherever required with moving tables and chairs only if required but mostly cleaning the venue as such.

Need someone to clean up and vacuum the party hall after the party around 11:15 pm

40th Birthday Party - Busselton. Looking for someone to serve drinks from 4-7pm. ($150) Also after someone to cook BBQ from 4-7pm. ($150) burger Pattie’s for mini sliders (for 20 people) All equipment and food, drinks provided.

Hey Basically it’s my 30th in December and I have two hours prior to the event to set up (3-5pm). Saturday 6th December. In this time I am wanting someone to set up tables, decorations, platters etc so that I don’t have to be there to do it. And clean up at the end of the event. Someone will be there to let you in and provide you with the decorations and food etc. Is this something you offer if we had a meeting beforehand to plan my vision and what would your price be? Approximately 3 hours on the day and 1 hour for a meeting to hash out details.

My son is turning 1 and we have a birthday party at a play group centre between 9.30am-12.30pm. I would like someone for 2 hour (11-1pm) to come and help clean the venue towards the end of the party. This would include dishes washing, vacuuming, mopping, throwing left over food and rubbish out, help putting away toys and packing stuff for us to take home. We also want to do messy play so there will be clean up with the rice and maybe jelly. Would prefer someone with a WWCC.
