So we can enjoy our engagement party we will need some help to take our mind off the following tasks: ✔️ Assistance to set up certain areas and place floral arrangements, e.g. lawn games, drinks area, baskets of flowers, table signage. ✔️help to ensure the hired plates/cups/etc don't go home with guests accidentally ✔️Clearing plates/tidying tables (so that we don't have food scraps in event photos!) ✔️ Cutting the cake and serving slices (cocktail style serves) ✔️ Informing guests. E.g. where bathroom is/what can be taken home at end of event (i.e. floral arrangements) ✔️ Informing inquisitive public ✔️Brief rinsing of plates/cups may be required (we provide wash tub) ✔️ Clearing away waste left by guests at the end of the event into bins (we provide bins) ✔️ Assistance to pack away lawngames/leftovers etc at event conclusion As part of our event permit we need to keep everything neat and tidy.
