Small Florist / Balloon Business Wanted for Event Collaboration I’m looking to connect with a small, local florist or balloon styling business to potentially collaborate with my new event hire business, GloLine & Co Events. I specialise in light-up letters and numbers for birthdays, parties and celebrations, and I’m looking to build relationships with other small businesses in the events industry where we can refer clients to each other and potentially create combined packages. I’m particularly interested in working with someone who is: A small/independent business or solo operator Local to Melbourne south east Experienced in balloon styling and/or floristry Professional, reliable and easy to communicate with Interested in building a genuine ongoing business relationship Has a similar luxury, modern and elevated aesthetic What I'm hoping to discuss I’d love to chat about how we could work together, for example: • Recommending each other's services to clients • Creating combined balloon/floral + light-up letter packages • Offering trade pricing when one business supplies services for the other's booking • Collaborating on events • Creating content together to promote both businesses There is no commitment to ongoing work — this would initially be an opportunity for us to see if our businesses are a good fit and discuss what could work for both of us. I’d love for this to potentially turn into an ongoing collaboration with regular referrals and event work. Please include your Instagram, website or portfolio when applying so I can have a look at your work. I’m looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being part of a small business community and would be excited to grow alongside another new business. (the price listed is to be able to post this task)

Looking for 2 experienced people to help set up balloon decorations for my 18th birthday party. I have already purchased all of the balloons, balloon arch kits and decorations, so this task is mainly for setup and installation. There are quite a lot of balloons and a couple balloon arches/garlands to put together, so I’m looking for people who have previous experience with balloon decorating and know how to make them look neat and professional. The setup time is 5:00pm–6:30pm on Saturday, 14th of November, so everything will need to be completed within that 1.5 hour window before the party starts. If you have your own electric balloon pumps/inflators, that would be a big help and should make the setup much quicker and smoother. I can provide reference photos showing exactly how I want everything to look. Please only offer if you have experience setting up balloon arches, garlands or similar event decorations. Location: Artarmon Galaxy Event Centre Date: 14th of November Setup time: 5:00pm–6:30pm All balloons and decorations are supplied.

Hi! I’m looking for someone to help set up the balloon decorations for my son’s first birthday in Wooloowin on Sunday 6 December. 🩵🐳 Everything will be supplied, balloons, balloon strips/tape, glue dots, streamers and all other materials needed. I’m just looking for someone experienced/confident with balloon garlands to come to our home and assemble/install everything on the day. The setup will include: * 1 x large balloon garland for the main birthday backdrop/entry feature * 1 x medium balloon garland over an arch * 1 x smaller balloon garland on the jumping castle * Staircase decorations with smaller balloon arrangements/clusters and blue & white streamers draped along the railing Reference photos showing exactly what I’m hoping to achieve. I’m not looking for a full event stylist or balloon package — all supplies and the design are already organised; I just need someone to assemble and install everything for me. Please send through examples of balloon work you’ve done, and roughly how much time you think you’d need. 🫧💙

I have balloons, decoration items, need help with room decoration

Hi. Need a balloon arch made. Similar to one in pictures on my son’s backdrop for his christening. I have the balloons and a balloon arch plastic tape where you feed the balloons through. Someone who has experience in making balloon arches.

Balloon garland assembly and installation Looking for someone experienced with balloon garlands to assemble and install a garland on the day of a birthday party. The kit is already purchased and on-site, 124pcs of latex balloons in three sizes plus racing-themed foil balloons (see photos), including a balloon strip and 100 adhesive dots. Extra foil balloons not pictured in the main kit photo are also available. A PVC pipe arch will be provided on the day to secure the balloons to, so this is an assembly and attachment job rather than sourcing your own structure. Please bring your own balloon pump, small clear zip ties for securing the garland to the frame, and clear fishing line for finishing touches. The venue doesn't allow any tape, pins, or adhesive on their walls, so everything needs to attach to the PVC frame rather than the walls themselves. Arrival 12pm, needs to be fully installed by 1:30pm, guests arrive at 2pm. Date: Saturday 5 September Location: Freshwater Photos of the kit and extra foil balloons attached. Happy to answer questions before booking, thanks!
