We’re looking for a Sydney-based freelance photographer/content creator to cover one event for approximately 3 hours (1:30 - 4:30PM). We’d like a mix of edited photos and 1-2 video footages for digital marketing and social media. We’d love to capture: - Crowd and event atmosphere - Standout moments and action - ticket scanning and check-in experience - ticket scanning app in use - Signage and branding - team working behind the scenes - General front-of-house activity Important: This is a student event with strict policies around photographing minors. Students must not be identifiable in the content we use. We’re looking for someone who can work independently and is comfortable shooting both photography and short video clips.

Photographer needed for my 40th birthday party in an upstairs function room at a Southbank bar on Saturday 14 November, 3:30pm to 7pm. About 40 guests. What I'm after: - Relaxed, candid party photos. Fun, not a wedding-album look. - The photos are mainly for posting on social media and viewing on phones, so please shoot candids and people shots mostly in portrait (vertical), leaving a bit of space around people so they crop well. - Landscape only for the big group shot and a few wide shots of the room. Key moments: - Arrivals and greetings - Big group shot around 4:30pm - Speeches and cake (before 7pm) - Plenty of candids of people mingling Venue notes: - Indoor function room, afternoon into evening, so the light will drop. Please use a proper camera and gear suited to low light, not a phone. Delivery: - Edited photos delivered digitally. No rush, within 2 weeks is fine.
