Hello, I need a photographer to capture an event on 24 October. Afternoon- 2-3 PM And Evening - 7:30 - 8:30 PM

I am hosting an event with some close family and friends. There will be up to 35 guests. Please read carefully before making an offer of the requirements: Arrival at 1:50pm to airbnb to do a quick briefing 2pm - 530pm: welcome guests at the door. Offer to put away any gifts, handbags etc, assist in preparing nibbles (no cooking skill required), offer drink top ups, food options Concurrently, ensure to take photos of guests and group photos. 530pm (travel with us - paid for) to Darling Harbour where we will abroad a private boat at 6pm. There will be 2 other wait staff on the boat however, you will be needed to ensure our family members are looked after as priority. We will need photos throughout the night to ensure all moments are captured. We do not need someone as a professional photographer however, will require a basic understanding of how to capture good photos and angles is very important. You can use a professional camera OR your phone at your convenience. But we will be seeking good quality photos - not blurry and must have an eye for detail. On the boat - your food and drinks will be covered. There will be capanes & alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. At 10pm the boat will dock back to the harbour and we will have maxi taxi's to take us back to the air bnb. You can make your way home from city or return to Airbnb to pick up car. Cost will be for 145pm - 10pm.

We will have around 10-15 people at a social padel ball evening. We want action shots of all the players, plus shots of the surrounds and shots of them talking to one another between games. The shots will be used for marketing on a website and in other sales assets.

We require a photographer to take photos of guests at our annual Diwali (Indian festival of lights) event in Bondi. We are a non profit organisation - Pratham Aus, and raise funds to give girls and women in India a second chance at education. We are 100% volunteer run which means we are able to pass on the funds to the program with minimal costs. Hence, we are only seeking quotes from individuals who are happy to either volunteer their time or provide the services at a discounted rate. We will happily provide delicious Indian food and can also cover transport costs if providing services on a volunteer basis.

Hosting a casual corporate night at a virtual golf bar. Looking for someone to come for 1-2 hours to take high quality photos of the event and the people there. Would like to receive between 30-60 images from the event.

I’m looking for an experienced event photographer to go to a site in Prestons at 5:30 pm and photograph an event set up (prior to guest arrival) and stay for 45 mins. Furniture is the hero of the images however I am keen to get a few shots of the start of the event with some guests in there too. However, No editing is required. *I will provide SD cards for your camera and an iPhone for videos. You simply need to be creative onboard and shoot! Once we are back on shore, the job is done. SD cards and iPhone will be returned on the day. All photos need to be shot on a proper camera. All videos on iPhone 4K/60fps.
