Ceremony to be live steamed

We need someone to attend a trade exhibition and take photos of people attending the event, interacting, participating in talks and so on. The event is on at the Adelaide Convention Centre. Photography can take place on Monday 21 of July or Tuesday 22 of July. Photos and potentially some background video clips (not produced into a highlight reel). Hours are 9am to 4pm or so.

Looked at many professional photographers and videographers online but unfortunately all out of budget. Looking for someone who can video the ceremony and get shots of the getting ready etc. Just a few hours, from 5pm - 7pm Will need to see some sort of previous work or experience please. Ideal applicant can edit the video together and add a backing track.
