We are seeking an experienced event photographer who can also capture video b-roll for a 2-day business event in Melbourne CBD Day 1 includes a conference from 8:00am to 5:00pm, followed by a VIP event from 5:30pm to 7:30pm at the same location. Day 2 is a private dinner from 6:00pm to 7:30pm at a different CBD location. We require high-quality photos of speakers, audience engagement, networking moments, and overall event atmosphere. The private dinner will be more candid and relaxed in style. We also need short-form video b-roll captured on a professional camera, not a phone. This should include speakers, audience interactions, and general event footage suitable for social media and advertising. Deliverables include all raw images and video files, along with a selection of edited images. A quick turnaround for a small number of images within 24 to 48 hours would be preferred. Applicants should have experience with conferences or corporate events, use professional equipment for both photo and video, and be reliable across both days. We are launching our new branch in Epping Victoria and are looking for a photographer to shoot the event. We will have customers and big brands on site in a trade show style event. Expecting around 200 customers with 10 brands in attendance. The event will be from 6:30am to 1pm. Ideally we have you there for the entirety of the event but may finish early as required. I need a photographer to capture my daughter’s birthday party at a play centre from 1.30 to 3 pm.

I'm running an event in Collingwood Yards across two spaces within the same building. The exact timing of the day will be 9.50 - 4.20ish. For the morning, we'll only use one space (from 10-1pm), then we'll have a 30 min break for lunch, and the second three hours, we will have a panel running and also a workshop down the hall - it should be pretty easy to split your time between the panel and the workshop for those three hours. I'm looking for someone who has photography experience to capture the day. The output will be great event images (I say this because I had a photographer one time who sent me pretty much black and green imagery which was odd!). We don't expect heavy editing of the images but we want to be able to use these to showcase the day moving forward. Happy to answer questions! Examples from our last event included

We're running a small business event providing information to executives and business leaders. We're looking for someone with professional etiquette, a good camera & photography skills to take photos throughout the event, and who can also greet guests (check eventbrite tickets, provide name tags, welcome them to the event space). Guests will arrive from 11:45am - Presentation 12pm - 1pm, then Q&A+transition to sausage sizzle 1pm onward. We'll have tea, drinks, a sausage sizzle and salad lunch too which you can help yourself to as well.
